Q: When i press the start button in Buzz, Rebirth starts to play, but at 20 bpm. ALLWAYS. Im using HLB for MIDI.
A: Follow the advices, which are given in documentation to the similar machine vmidiout.dll. Increase a parameter "duplicates" in HLD up to 20, and in DirectSound driver install a latency about 100 ms.
